Our dog Sapphire loves Animal House! The staff, Sean especially, are professional and accomodating of even the most last minute requests. The prices are unbeatable. The services are unmatched. The environment they provide for your pet to run and play in is beyond what you could expect from most places; outdoor green space, large indoor kennels, and an overall clean facility. My family can always travel without worry because we know that our dog is being treated like a family member while in the care of AH. I would recommend any and every one to use Animal House for pet boarding, day care, or just animal play time. Since we live in Charlotte, AH has made provisions to taxi our pet to and from their facility when our schedules just won't allow otherwise. I am grateful beyond measure for what all of the staff at AH provide. 5 stars is simply not enough.
