My home is very clean and spacious; we are a non-smoking home with a large yard and tons of toys and books for children to learn and play with. I have over 20 years of child care experience and an assistant caregiver on staff with me who is also certified by the state of Michigan to care for children so my ratio of children to adults is lower than most other in home providers.
I am a firm believer that children should not be parked in front of a television all day. We love learning by being outside, reading, doing activities, playing games, arts & crafts, and especially listening and singing along to music. My assistant and I are both CPR and 1st Aid certified, and have had extensive background checks as well as additional training as required by the State of Michigan licensing requirements, so you can rest a little easier knowing that your most prized possessions are being well cared for in the best possible setting at all times.
I provide all meals and snacks in accordance with the USDA nutrition guidelines (I do not provide formula for infants) and am open from 7 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
