Angels " R " Us In-home Daycare

My name is Ms. Kim and I own/operate Angels " R " Us IN-HOME DAYCARE. My daycare has been in operation since January 1, 2003. I have been living in the Virginia/ Newport News area for over 9 years now. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri and the military is what brought me to this area. I have much experience with children and enjoy being around them. I have raised 4 children of my own and I was a Licensed Foster Parent for three years and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was happy to open my home up to a child who had no home to go to. I am currently in school in the evening pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education and hope to one day have a daycare center.

As a parent and childcare provider, I know the anxiety that comes with leaving your child in someone elses care and trusting them to provide the care you know your child deserves. I can understand how difficult it can be for working parents to balance all of their commitments and responsibilities in their lives. For this reason I strive to offer a program that will enrich your child's development while putting your mind at ease.

I think of the children as a extension of my own family and they will be cared for as such. My goal as a family childcare provider is to provide a loving, safe, educational and home-like atmosphere for your child to grow, learn and play. I believe that children are our future and that is why I consider myself to be a professional childcare provider and not a baby sitter, and I hope that you allow me the opportunity to offer your family the quality childcare experience you deserve.
