Angel Wings Family Services Homes is a premiere Respite and Transitional Adult Care Home provider who have been providing private companion and personal care services for over 8 years. Our home care offers a variety of services for aging clients who may meet the long-term criteria but rather avoid traditional institutionalization of a nursing home.

Would A Micro-Community Be For You?
Our Micro-community settings work well for residents who do not want to live in a larger community but still require a level of assistance and care that would be provided comparable to that of an adult care residence. The key differences in a smaller residential care home with lower occupancy is residents receive an individualized focus with a more one-on-one attention. Each care home will not exceed three to four clients to keep the personalized and intimate home like setting.

To be considered for a care home with Angel Wings Family Services you must be

*Medicaid approved (if you do not have Medicaid A.W.F.S. can help you get approved
*Need Personal Care Services Only
*Must be 55 years of age at least
*No bedridden clients

We accept Medicaid, HMO's and Private pay for residential care.
