Angel Baby Infant Care is just what you are looking for! Angel Baby will be opening as of March 2, 2015.
My name is Angie, and I have decided to open my home to infants ages Birth-18 months. I have over 30 years experience with children, ages ranging from birth to 12 years of age. My love of infants began at an early age of 11, when someone put a crying baby in my arms, and the baby stopped as soon as I was holding him. Right then, I knew I had a gift. Soon after, I started making money through various babysitting jobs from age 11- early 20's. In the past, I have also worked as a nanny, in child care settings with infants, and a Pre-School as an aide for a 4-5 year old class. I am CPR/First Aid certified, and also have a Level 1 Fingerprint card.
Personally, I have raised two children of my own, that are now ages 11, and 14. Also, I have been married to my husband for over 15 years.
Why just infants?
In my experience, I have found that infants need to be in a separate venue, away from older children as they need more attention, and often times, the older children do not understand how to interact with a baby, which can cause harm to the infant.
In addition, baby giggles are just about the best thing ever. Infants have been my favorite age because they are so fun to play with, and to watch them learn, and grow. Babies are the sunshine of life, and spending each day with them- giving them the love, and comfort they deserve.
