I am a local Mom that understands the needs of parents with small children. Perhaps you need help while you are at work or maybe just need a break. Either way, I have been in your shoes and know how hard finding a safe and fun place for your child(ren) can be. I have a preschooler and know how many places are either part time or are only there to observe your kids. We are more hands on in my house - theme weeks, art projects, outside play, vocabulary and other language skills, counting, crafts, make believe, stories, letters and sounds - all part of our day. I have written a plan for our days to share with parents so they are aware what our time together will be like. All of the stuff kids are working on in preschool but in a warm, clean, licensed and monitored home. I have a career background which changed when I had my daughter and I understand the dilemma that parents feel over choosing the best place for their kids. I am college educated, am a pet free and smoke free home. My hours are pretty flexible and I believe communication is key. I am currently in the process of obtaining my license , all is submitted and should be completed by Sept 1, 2014. I am CPR and First Aid Certified.
