Terrible. Unprofessional. Illegal. And completely untrustworthy.
My mother used their service 2 times. The first time Ana's daughter did the verbal consultation with my mother in English. Then the second time my mother had them come back, all of a sudden when my mother had to confront them about doing a half ass job, Ana's daughter acted like she didn't even understand English, let alone speak it. They were hired for a deep cleaning for the first visit and then hired to come back ever 2 weeks. The deep cleaning was a joke. They didn't touch much at all and didn't care to do what my mother asked and paid for. The second visit they were confronted about all that they didn't do the first time. But still didn't do what was asked. Then to top it off, the cleaning crew started to pack up their car with their supplies and drive away, when my mother had to run out to their car to ask them why an entire bucket of dirty water was spilt on my mothers carpet. They had nothing to say and didn't even clean it up. Literally acted like it and left. Ana never replied back to my mother when she tried to contact them. And not only did my mom get left with distroyed smelling carpet that she now has to pay REAL professionals to fix but also she had already paid them for their service and wasn't given a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOU WILL REGRET EVER HAVING THESE PEOPLE ENTER YOUR HOUSE.
