Hi! My name is amy, and I am a personal chef with a focus on health-supportive foods and trained at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. I work with special-need diets including allergy-friendly foods (gluten, dairy, egg free) I create gourmet vegan and vegetarian meals but also cook with healthy, organic meats and seafood. I love working with families and kids as well as with people with a special need of a healing diet. I am also available for small scale catering events. My clients and colleagues appreciate my warm, caring approach and respond well to my calm professional demeanor. I pride myself on my innate ability to understand and adapt to each clients' unique needs. This is my second career as I worked as an interior designer for the last 14 years.
