I am a licensed home daycare provider in Del Cerro with over 20 years of experience as a professional nanny, day care center teacher and home daycare owner. This is not your ordinary home daycare! I keep ratios low.
I believe children:
- learn through play
- need opportunities to explore, question, touch, create, and experiment
- should spend a large portion of almost every day outdoors
- are each unique individuals who should be nurtured and taught in unique, individualized ways
At my child care we spend our days getting messy, exploring, socializing and having fun in a nurturing, kind and safe environment. Each day we will explore one of the fun places SD has to offer inquisitive kids! Outings will include parks, zoos, libraries, nature spaces, museums, and more! When we are not out adventuring there will be sensory play, pretend play, songs, stories, crafts and more to keep hands and minds busy!

As a nanny and mother, I also know the importance of differentiating the needs of each individual child. With me you will have a care giver that forms a strong bond with your child, nurtures with kindness and teaches with patience. Your child will have the chance to socialize in a small group, learning key skills, while still having their individual needs met by someone they have a strong bond with.
