Amy Knapp

Hi parents! My name is Amy Knapp and I am a mother of two young girls, ages 5 and 6 (1st and second grade!). I am currently CPR certified for a health care professional (this includes infants and children :) through March 2014. I have most recently been finger printed in June 2012 when doing my phlebotomy internship at the VA hospital in Vallejo. I have been a live in Nanny as well as child care assistant prior to entering the retail world. I am currently 4 months pregnant and looking to care for 1 child or siblings in my home. We have a kid friendly home inside and out, which I am more than happy to give you a tour of if you are interested. I am open to providing drop off and pick ups from school in the Oakley, Antioch or Brentwood area. I have a valid CA driver license and vehicle with up to date registration and insurance. As I am used to a crazy retail schedule I am willing to take children for past typical day care hours if needed, as well as weekends. I am also willing to work with you for an affordable rate. My girls are well behaved and love meeting other children. We have approximately a half hour to hour cool down/break from school before we jump into our hour of homework each day. We are a non smoking, non alcohol house. We eat healthy , homemade meals most every night, and enjoy an after school snack and lunch for short days.
