AM did a very good job for the two or three times she cleaned for my 85 year old mother. A bit pricy but we were willing to pay more if the quality of work warranted it. Recently, AM called to solicit business. My mother scheduled a job. I then contacted AM via FB Messenger to confirm a date and time because my mother has cognitive issues and often gets things confused. So, I had the confirmed day and time in writing. I was at my mom's home the day of the appointment and AM never showed up and never called. It is now two days after the appointment and there has been no communication from this company. We understand that things happen and need to be rescheduled but, failure to even acknowledge a job that they solicited, scheduled and then confirmed in writing is unacceptable.
