Martial Arts is good, clean fun...and a great way to give kids a head start on life. They'll learn the positive benefits of self-discipline and confidence, develop coordination and increase strength and flexibility. Martial Arts builds a structure of respect so children develop the ability to listen, learn and achieve within a highly regulated environment. In addition our after school program includes:

- Snack time
- Reading time
- Fun time (movies, arts and crafts and additional physical activities)
All children in our program receive a daily Martial Arts class!
Transportation to American Black Belt Academy is provided by the school bus system.
