My son was attending this day care for before and after care. He is five and told me that there was no running water and the toilets were back up with poop. I spoke to mrs. Brown the owner she told me that it wasn't true so I called the health department to make sure and the inspector said she did not have running water for three weeks and my son was correct. This happened 4/28/17 and the business...
