Amandi Care, is a brand new home care agency started by a Michigan State Certified Nursing Assistant with over 10+ years of experience in the field I know the medical field and there is no one better to start a business like this rather than someone who knows the field inside and out.

I am are setting out to change the home care industry and bring back what alot of hospitals, nursing homes, and skilled nursing and assisted living facilities have phased out; Patient focused care or PFC. PFC focuses on just the patient, and what they need.

I would be able to come out to the home with the patient and the family to properly develop a care plan they we will then review with the family. I will also be available to speak and answer any questions families, patients, and employees may have.
I will be taking our qualified applicants through an extensive interview process, which includes a skills portion, where we test the knowledge of the caregiver to make sure they know how to use certain equipment that may be in the patients home. For those who may not be knowledgeable in those fields, we are prepared to train them.

We will be offering the best incentives for our employee's. Not only will we be focusing on our patients but we will also value our employee's. We understand that it takes a special person to be able to care for seniors, it takes a lot of patience and dedication to care for our elderly community.

Our rates are negotiable, and there is no contract, you can cancel services at any time.
