Amanda's House Childcare

I have been working with children the majority of my working life in many different settings. I have been a nanny, worked in a daycare center, was employed by the Menasha Joint School District, and volunteered the children's program in my church. Each day I offer a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack as well as many organized learning activities and free play. On a weekly basis we do art, calendar and weather, group time, reading, pre-school time (based on ages of children present), outside time (weather permitting), cooking, and science experiments. I believe in schedule and limits, while encouraging the children to experiment and learn. I have two of my own children (a 13 year old boy and 1 year old girl) as well as a son arriving in March.
