Our core business is providing in-home, non-medical assistance to enable seniors to stay in their homes longer. We provide tailored support based on each senior's specific needs - examples include medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, bathing and dressing - but we also provide additional support that differentiates us from all other HC agencies.
For seniors who need more care, we provide placement services to help them find an assisted living community that meets the specific needs of the senior and their family.

For Amada, Long-Term Care insurance is an area of expertise. We go above and beyond what other HC agencies provide. Here is what we do:
- We sit down with the family and call the insurance agency together to get the policy details
- After we get off the phone, we explain what coverage clients have in understandable language
- Most importantly, we submit all of the paperwork and claims to completely remove the burden of dealing with the insurance companies from the family

Another specialty area that distinguishes us from other HC agencies is that we have a VA department completely dedicated to helping veterans understand their benefits. We literally serve as a claims agent and advocate to the VA on behalf of families.
