We offer continuing care retirement center services where seniors can age in place from Independent living to personal care with assistance to full nursing facility care. We are a non profit center started in Louisville in 1906. We are a small facility where residents feel comfortable and treat staff as family and staff treat residents as family. We are a private pay facility, however we will bill long term care insurance and our providers will bill Medicare Part B for covered services.
