Almost Family Home Care is a private duty home care agency servicing the geriatric population. We specialize in caring for our clients in their own home and can provide up to 24 hours of care for your loved one. We also provide coordination with hospice to provide the best care care experience at the end of life. The Agency provides nursing care (RN and/or LPN), personal care services (from CNAs and PCAs), as well as any other needs for our clients such as meal preparation and housekeeping.

Established in 2018, the owner of the agency (a Registered Nurse), gained a comprehensive home care license from the Minnesota Department of Health to care for a husband and wife. They required 24-hour care and the big-9name company that was providing care to them stopped offering services to all the private pay clients. This husband and wife were left with the choice to start over with a new company and new caregivers -or- to move into a nursing home. The home care agnecy was born to keep the current caregivers for these clients! Now, the agency is growing with more employees and hoping to take on more clients, while keeping the company small to ensure that the clients and their families have personalized treatment by all members of the agency.

Currently, we do not work with any insurance and our clients pay out of pocket for the services provided.
