I will address multiple age-related changes, focus on the prevention of common perils of aging and restore you to your desired activity level. Ally Wellness allows clients to meet personal goalswith professional direction in the privacy of their home. Who do I treat?...people who have: declining strength families struggling to care for loved ones in the home less stamina, easily short of breath loss of balance, falls found themselves cancelling plans, eliminating hobbies How do I help you? My objective is to keep you aging successfully, to help you identify signs of declining mobility and to assist you in achieving a safe living environment. I bring wellness to you in the convenience of your own home. My approach eliminates the need for transportation, avoids typical frustrations of the healthcare system and accommodates your schedule. Traditional home care services require you to be home bound, trips to the doctor and requires multiple providers be involved in your care. I determine what obstacles are preventing you from being your best and customize an individual program based on your needs. The goal is to allow you to age in place, staying as healthy and independent as long as possible. I utilize a concierge medicine approach, limiting my caseload to ensure a focus on preventative care and adequate availability for each patient.
