Homemaker Care Services: Meal planning (together with client), Meal preparation (daily/weekly as requested by client), Feeding assistance, Laundry (client's clothing only), Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), Linens bed change (client's only), Washing dishes, Transportation/scheduling of doctor's appointments, Shopping (groceries and personal items), Pet care (caretaking for inside, non-aggressive pets (feeding only), Watering houseplants, Leaf/snow removal (side walk to door only and can be available when your caregiver is there for an additional charge). Companion Care Services: Social events, Art work (painting and coloring), Games (cards, board games, etc.), Outdoor Activities (fishing, park, and zoo), Socialization via personal stories (the client would like to share), Music. Other Services: Respite Care Service, Alzheimer's care, Dementia care, Day and night sitting. Lifestyle and Quality of Care Services: Assist Family Members or Clients Find Local Resources When Requested, Communication as Needed With Client's Treatment Team, Communication With Family via Email, Phone, Postcard, or Face-to-Face, Custom, Individualized Care Plans (i.e., Daily Routines), Documentation of Likes and Dislikes for Each Client, Family Involvement With Non-Medical Team, Observation of Changes in Client's Daily Routine or Health.
