House cleaning available at the rate of $28 per hour after tax for residential cleaning,(less for contract customers) with no charge for travel time within 15 miles of Hyde Park, NY, and cleaning supplies ARE included (unless otherwise specified due to customer's product preference, such as our crunchy mom and animal safe cleaning products. I use what you want.). No gimmicks, no rushing through your home because of set job rates, no seeing a stranger every week like the big corporations send you, no swiffering and calling it clean, no random rate changes, and definitely no hearing "No, I don't do that.". If it can be cleaned, I will clean it. I am an animal lover, not afraid of heights, clean cut and respectful, take pride in all of the work that I do, and can physically run circles around the competition in strength and efficiency (real elbow grease here!). Contracts are not required because out of all of the work I have done, I do not need a contract to have people call or recommend me again, but I recommend a contract to my customers because it will secure availability and I can provide better rates. **Residential rules and restrictions: $28 an hour is cash price only, rate for Dutchess County residence only, (3) hour minimum, add 10% to bill total if paying by check, debit or credit card. Visa and MasterCard only. Exterior cleaning services, floor stripping/waxing, carpet shampooing, and laundry services not included in flat rate. Cleaning supplies extra for construction clean-ups. Sub-contracting not permitted for residential locations. $10 fee applies to locations further than 15 miles from zip code 12538. Customer may be required to prove ownership and/or residency of service location.**
