I strive to help seniors maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home. My mission is to provide the same high quality care I gave my own parents when I was a caregiver to my clients while their family members have the peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands. My desire is to care for God's "senior" children while providing outstanding services my client's and their families can trust.

Services includes:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) For example: Transport to special activities, appointments, or to just run errands, just to name a few.

Monitoring vital signs and medications

Liaison between the client's family and the health care team

Administrative assistance. Such as dealing with insurance companies, healthcare systems, and doctors' offices.

Safety checks. Checking in on your loved ones either in person or by phone

Assisting with physical and occupational therapy exercise programs that have been prescribed

Mobility assistance

Companionship and emotional support for those struggling with loneliness, depression or a lack of motivation to improve their quality of life (for example listening, talking, giving reassurance. *Life Coaching services also available*)
