All For Children

My name is Sheng, I'm a full-time Master student in CCNY TESOL Education. I'm from mainland China, and have been living here in New York for four months, and have fallen in love with the city.

In 2012, I have had the opportunity to be an exchange student to live with a America local family in Destin, Florida for four months and been a Mandarin tutor to teach neighbor America children. Which help develop the children s language abilities in a relaxed atmosphere. My involvement allowed me not only to accumulate abundant first-hand experience in undertaking teaching matters but also to improve my communication skills.

I enjoy playing with kids in creative games and always want to bring out their best. About cooking, I can make some easy meals in both the American and Chinese styles, and want to learn some Spanish dishes since I have been exposed to a range of different cultures and plan to learn Spanish this summer.

I don' t have experience with kids with special needs before but I do care for children with sincere love and respect, IÂ m willing to help take care of them and would the opportunity to provide assistance wherever possible.
