My preschool program was created to develop your child's academic skills while enhancing your child's social development. I have combined 20+ years of preschool activities and experience with a certified preschool program to provide your child with the well rounded preschool education they need. I introduce and build upon letters, numbers, counting and recognition, colors, calendar skills, phonics, science, social studies, math, cooking, computer skills, music, foreign language to include sign language and art in a preschool environment. Hands on experiences are used to develop your child's writing and social skills. I also emphasize group play to foster the development of social skills, including listening sharing and cooperation. Your child will be encouraged to explore and learn in a fun environment, while making friends and developing self confidence. Circle time is provided in each half day period. The environment is set up with centers to include a block area, dramatic play area, library area and an arts and crafts area along with free choice toy shelving. There is an amazing brand new playground that is fenced in with a cedar two story play set with multiple slides and playhouses on site.
