About
Alas de Colores, which means Colorful Wings, is a Spanish Immersion Holistic Childcare program that lets the kids paint the colors of their wings, we treat every kid with respect, promote creativity and love them for what they are: a unique expression of love! We are open M-F from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Based on a healthy lifestyle. Emphasizing meditation, yoga, organic food, relaxation for kids using sound therapy and aromatherapy.
Nature play-based curriculum, musical artistic activities, crafting, singing and dancing are part of our daily journey with kids.
Use of relaxation method that soothes them, relax them, and they may drift off to sleep more easily.
Mandala Art and Yoga.
Eco-Friendly.
Trained in CPR, First Aid, and Preventive Health Practices.
At the present moment, taking the Teacher program at the Waldorf Institute of Southern California.
Very Convenient location, Close to all freeways 163, 805, 8 and 5. Rady Children's Hospital and Sharp Memorial are only two minutes away.
We also have openings in our 100% outdoor program:
Kidwings Nature Preschool: ages 3yo to 6yo. Only Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm. Different Locations every week. 100% Outdoor.
