**Move-in/Move-out Cleanings for residential customers and for property managers/landlords are $125. Includes up to 7 rooms of the customers choice. DOES NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL/DISPOSAL OF ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT BEHIND FROM PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS. Removal/Disposal of any personal property in addition to Move-in/Move-out cleaning for residential customers/property managers/landlords are $175-$235 (Free same day Estimate/Quote available by phone or on sight).
