Wish I could give 0 stars. 1st off I told them in the first message that I had a 2,000 square foot home that needed cleaning they priced me at 235. Then they wrote me a message a few days later saying they could clean my house for 185$ which was a better offer in my eyes so I booked them. Then the day before they are booked to clean my home they send me a message saying they just looked up my house and realized that it was 2,000 square feet and they would have to charge me 200. I had to argue that I already informed them of that and that they already discounted me for them to keep 185$. Next They were supppsed to be at my home at 8am they did not show, nor call. I did not receive a message from them until 0856 explaining that they are dealing with family issues since the night prior and proceeded to give me a sap story. I don't know about anyone else but I don't need to know personal stories of someone I'm contacting to conduct business with. How unprofessional they were to then try to guilt trip me into feeling sorry for them buy throwing it in my face that their grandfather was sick only after acting like a child and replying to me with lol okay when I told them never mind on the business. Down right embarrassing to have to waste my morning dealing with children. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY WERE TERRIBLE AND A WASTE OF TIME. Much better services are available look else where!!
