I'm $3700 into this process and still unclear on if I will open my agency. I asked several questions about the licensing process only to be accused of not reading my contract. Upon further questioning of the process, I was sent a docusign about their no refund policy. I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND. I continued to ask questions about the process only to be continuously accused of not reading my contract. If you are ok with paying thousands of dollars in 2 weeks and being told to read your contract when asking simple questions about the process, this is the company for you. If you expect your questions to be answered in detail with compassion, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere because I have not experienced that. Now I'm out of $3700 with no explanation of what will happen next. I was sent invalid email addresses to submit documents. I still have no clear understanding of where to send my information for application. Ms Carr told me she'll be contacting her attorneys and suing for defamation after I tried to warn others on the company's Facebook page. Hopefully, this review will prompt litigation. I'm ready for the facts to be spoken in court since I'm not satisfied with the services. I saved up for years to hire this company to assist me with opening an agency and it's all gone with no explanation. This review isn't to slander the company. This review to bring awareness to the people expecting good service from this company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Affinity Homecare please invest in customer service training.
