About Active Day Adult Medical Day Care
Medical Adult Day Care offers services outside of the home. The Center has transportation available to pick members up and transport them to and from the center, as well as appointments. On site, we have an exciting activity department, community outings, and nutritious meals. RN's are on site daily and able to administer medication. Staff is trained to assist with personal care needs.
