We provide you with experience certified nurse assistants, caregivers, homemakers and companions for personal care in the comfort of home. All of Action's caregivers complete competency tests, and receive extensive background and reference checks, giving you peace of mind while our caregivers are in your home. Our staff is carefully selected so you can ensure you receive the most skilled and compassionate care.

Action Health Care provides the following services to help meet your daily needs:
- 24-hour live-in, overnight, and hourly visits (2 hour minimum)
- Personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Assistance with activates of daily living
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and routine linen changes
- Assistance with range of motion exercises
- Medication reminders
- Accompaniment to medical appointments (available under most long-term care insurance plans)
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Hospice care
- Companionship
- Hospital sitters
- Pet care
