My philosophy is to treat children with love, empathy, and respect while providing exceptional care and a rich learning environment. I strive to communicate closely with parents to create a trusting relationship and increase consistency for the child. My journey to Acorns to Oaks includes education and experience that allowed me a rich understanding of how best to serve children and families. I graduated with honors from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Child Development and Psychology. I also have seven years of experience working with children.
