First of all, thank you for considering me as a candidate to be your child's first teacher (second to you). Leaving your child for 8 - 10 hours a day is not easy. That is a feeling I am all too familiar with. I promise to love, nurture, guide, and assist your child through this experience. I currently homeschool my 2 and 4 year olds. I have a preschool curriculum available to ages 3 - 5 and some two year olds that show interest. We do things such as circle time, arts/crafts, music time, reading/writing, science, math, dramatic play, centers, music and movement, blocks, outdoor play, painting, imaginative play, and sand/water play. We take nature walks, go on field trips, and have picnics. I do assist you in potty training. I provide diapers, wipes, and formula. I provide 3 well balanced nutritious meals and two snacks a day in accordance to the USDA's guidelines. I accept Child Action. I am a licensed provider and I am also insured. I started in 2002 under the name Tia's House Day Care. I am CPR Certified and current. I am a member of NAFCC (National Association for Family Child Care). I am currently in school to earn my teaching credentials. If you give me an opportunity to provide care for your child I will provide a loving environment and teach the tools your child needs to thrive and grow. I am open M-F 7:00am - 5:30 p.m. I provide weekend care by appointment only. I can provide emergency care. I will be open the first weekend of the month from 6pm to 12am so parents can have the opportunity for a date night. I also have limited spaces available for over night care and full weekend care during that first weekend (child must be registered prior to first drop off). I have over 12 years experience as a daycare provider, over 6 years experience in a classroom from preschool - 4th grade.
