I agree with P P's comment. This company is poorly run. I know because I was a driver for a brief period of time. As a matter of fact, I was employed at the company around the time that P P posted his comment. The owner of the company does not invest money into the care and maintenance of the company vehicles. The van I drove was missing a sun visor and had an infestation of ants. The oil change for the van I drove was long overdue. My clients had complaints about the company.

The owner of the company is not honest. He agreed to pay me $10.50 per hour at the start of my employment due to my previous experience, but my first and only paycheck had an hourly rate of only $10.00 per hour. I had filed a complaint with the North Carolina Department of Labor. I was not able to recuperate all of the pay I was seeking, but the NCDOL was able to substantiate that the company underpaid me. At the time of my employment, the drivers were required to use their personal mobile phone devices to download the route application for their routes because the company did not have tablets for the drivers to use meaning that drivers who had prepaid mobile phone service were using their web data for company business. The company app did not work correctly. This company is not organized, and I would not recommend this company for people who are looking for transportation to their medical appointments or people who are seeking employment.
