I am college graduate with a teaching certificate in K-9 and an endorsement in ESL. (English as a second language) I have over 10 years of experience working with children including; raising my own children (14, 12, and 9 years of age), school teacher, substitute, girl scout leader, daycare centers, summer camps, and an after school Spanish club. My daycare/preschool provides a clean, safe, smoke-free environment. My services include a nutritional breakfast, lunch and snack daily, an age appropriate curriculum that follows the common core standards used in the school system, social and cognitive activities, field trips, nature walks/exercise, games, play time, and much more. I speak partial Spanish and I would love to engage your children in the Spanish culture including the basics of the Spanish language. As a former girl scout leader for 7 years I am a big advocate for keeping children involved in "giving back" to the community through fun, aged appropriate activites. My daycare is open Monday-Friday and the hours are flexible depending on the needs of the families. Reasonable rates and references are available.
