ABC did a very good job a year ago, thanks Sean.
New owner did a very bad job. Carpets still dirty no stains removed. Held us at ransoms. Would come and fix if we gave him more business.
We seek to deliver consistent quality service and this is certainly an insident that is out of the norm for us and I'm truely supuprised by your feedback.

Lori mentioned having some other carpets cleaned in your home. If you choose us for those we will certainly touch up the spots you mentioned complementary while we are there.
Do not recommend at all.

Sean did an exceptional job cleaning our carpet. Carpet looks great and dried in a short amount of time. Sean was very helpful in describing how he went about the process and the materials he used. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Sean did the worst job ever! Soaked my carpets and it took three days to dry. The carpet smelled terrible and still had dirt along the baseboards and doors! He came back allegedly cleaned again and left dirt and debris all along the baseboards. The carpet still smells and he said he would refund us and never did! Claimed to be a veteran and I told him I was too. Veterans don't treat veterans this way. Suppose to live by duty, honor and Country. Not true with this loser!

Chuck did a wonderful job on the 9 year old berber carpet in our fifth wheel rv that we live & travel in full time. This is the first time it's been professionally cleaned & it came out looking almost new. I was very satisfied with the result & with Chuck.
