Dogs are kept in kennels over 6 hours no water or relief. I was a employee there.

Hate to share this, but we feel we need to. Had a very bad experience with our Standard Poodle Taffy . The owner was not in the day we took our Taffy in for her 6 week groom.. Apparently they had used an un-sharp razor on her. When we got home the groomer had shaved her tail so close on the underside it was sore and bleeding from one end to the other. Her cut was blotchy all over which in the two years we used their service. The owner had told us on many cases how the like to cut our Poodles. because they were so good on the table. We called several times to reach the owner, sent e-mails with pictures, and never got a return call from the owner, even though her staff said she would be calling back after we had left multiple messages. In the e-mail we advised that we were unhappy and to please not cash our check until we came to some type if agreement. Guess what! The check was cashed and we never got a call from the owner. Sad part about it we were very happy with their service for two years...we live in Canton and drove almost 90 minutes each time we brought our two girls to the groomer. We plan to take legal action to recover the $85.00, which we think they stole. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AS THE OWNER IS NOT AN HONORABLE PERSON.

Best place to take your fur baby. Awesome staff that love the animals they work with. My dog looks and smells great. If you dont want your dog to recived lots of loving and treats this is not the place. If you want top notch gromming that can't be beat ,and your dog to be treated liked a king/queen you have found it right here.

Absolutely horrible and rude staff on top of despicable customer service. The most unprofessional people I've ever witnessed. Would rate negative if possible, STAY AWAY and save your pets from the mistreatment!
