With the high cost of a one-day hospital stay around $3,500.00 and the cost of a Nursing Home averaging $750.00 per day, it makes sense to consider a FREE In-Home Health evaluation. You may be able to receive high-quality, consistent medical care in the convenience and privacy of your own home. Physicians are more likely to discharge someone from the hospital earlier if they know the patient will be receiving home care visits regularly. Home Care nurses report to the physician regularly about your condition and make recommendations for your treatments. Physicians consider these recommendations from a highly trained nurse and can tailor your care to your specific needs.
