At first working with Heather was a breath of fresh air. Then it soon turned bad. She never cleans on the day we have checkouts. Most times we have checkouts on Sundays and she doesn't clean until Wednesday. She'll text me on Sunday very last minute and say she was so busy and couldn't make it to my home. That she would go the next morning "first thing", which never occurred. She would wait days to clean our home. After me having to bug her multiple times about it getting cleaned. Many times we had to cancel bookings to accommodate her tardiness. She never took pictures of damages as requested. Little to no communication provided by Heather. You literally have to text her several times before she will respond to you. Please protect your property and peace at all cost. I would not recommend Heather for any short term cleanings for your properties. Many times she forgot to leave out hand soap, hand towels, trash bags etc. She now has linens of ours and we are trying to hunt her down to get our items back. We agreed to meet at a certain time on a certain day and she told me the day of 30 mins after our meeting time "she's busy at a property" I tried calling her and she denied my calls. Not only has she stolen linen from us she's not trustworthy.
