I started A Nanny Now in 2009 from a simple idea. I wanted to improve the way parents and nannies were matched in the community.

I had been a nanny and worked through a large bay area agency before starting a family of my own and now I found myself needing help.

A Nanny Now is a safe and modern way to connect families with experienced and loving nannies without all the hassle of looking through classifieds, posting endless ads to unreliable forums, and countless disappointments through private searches and big nanny agencies that do not cater to your needs.

We do all the leg-work and find you a qualified nanny. We provide the 5 step placement process to determine the right person for the job. We recruit nannies or place verified nannies to families. The placement process lets you pre-screen the potential nanny with your own interview and in-person meeting. Once you like the nanny of our recommendation, we provide the nanny file, which includes the written interview, reference checks, skills list, documentation and I-9 verification, and background check.

Our Nannies:

All our nannies are selected by us through a series of screening check points. We don't carry a pool of out dated nannies; we would with the best and most current nannies available. We choose nannies that fit the criteria we discussed in home meeting. We don't send you multiple candidates that are sent from a computer data base search, each nanny is selected specifically for your family.
