A Home Away From Home Preschool & Daycare

"A Home Away From Home" is a home-based daycare and preschool for children in the age group of newborn- 4 years. "A Home Away From Home" is different. Why?

My philosophy is based on nurturing healthy brain development from birth. A child's brain undergoes an amazing period of development from birth to age three. The development of the brain is influenced by many factors, including a child's relationships, experiences and environment. These early years are a window of opportunity for positive learning experiences that will have a huge lasting effect on children's chances for achievement, success, and happiness. "A Home Away From Home" is different from other day cares because it provides lessons and experiences with intentional learning plans from a certified teacher with thirty years of teaching experience and the above philosophy. Individualized instruction and goals are established, followed, and reviewed at optional parent conferences.

Further, my nurturing home setting, background in teaching young children and low numbers of children will provide more individual attention and instruction than is typical of many daycares. "A Home Away From Home" is an excellent environment for your little one to spend their precious days.

Meals are home cooked including fresh veggies and fruit.

I am accepting only 5 children, and will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday -Friday.
