I love the text messages I receive reminding me of the appointment.
Yes, I was asked & did sign an agreement that is standard. Most groomers do not have such a thing because THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE.
I am a businessman & understand this & am pleased my groomer carries insurance that is NOT REQUIRED.
Highly recommended!

Had an Appointment with this groomer today. Received bad service from the first day I book an appointment. I was told I would receive a call confirming the appointment and instead I received a Text message. Today I receive ANOTHER text message saying to signe a release form (if my dog gets injured, scapes, get diseases...they are not held responsible) they didn't even wait to meet me in person before asking for that. I let them know I wanted to meet them first and talk before signing the form, off course I wanted to get to know their service, prices and all that, they gave me NO INFO, NO PHONE CALL...and receive "another" txt message saying my appointment was CANCELLED! SERIOUSLY?! What type of business does that??? Certainly one that are afraid of something... that's why I'm going right back to my pet's preciously groomer "Dog City" in Pompano Beach, I don't mind driving there every week, at least you and your dog get the service you deserve! Please be AWARE of this company! Don't let your precious babies in their hands!!! Bad company, bad costumer service, take your dogs somewhere else!!
