A Day Care Provider

After being a stay-at-home mom with our wonderful toddler and an informal caregiver for the children of friends and family, I have decided to formally begin offering Family Day Care in our recently remodeled Orangevale home. (We are located near Hazel and Greenback.)
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located on a quarter acre with plenty of outdoor play space for little ones. The yard is stocked with a swing, slides, and a sand box, as well as lots of toys for energetic kids!
Indoors, we have two living rooms and both are furnished with an extensive collection of toys for kids under 4; books (including Sandra Boynton's stories); and art supplies, including easels, paint and chalk. (As a former art student, I believe in encouraging the expressive, creative side of young minds!)
We also will plan visits to the Folsom/Sacramento Zoo, the Children's Museum, and the Train Museum. We are members of all of the above and so they keep us informed about special events.
At mealtime, we provide a varied diet of healthy, organic food to the children, as we believe good nutrition is key to a healthy start in life.
Our goal is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for your child (and ours). We do require a non-refundable enrollment fee of $20 for completing the paperwork required by the State of California. (This must be completed prior to first day of attendance.) All state-required certifications are on file. We accept vaccinated kids only.
Please feel free to discuss with us the hours of care you need for your child. We participate in Child Action and the food program. For children who are here during full time hours, we provide 2 meals and 3 snacks. Feel free to contact us for appointment or questions.
