I have used this company about a year, at first I had trouble with them showing up on time then it got better. The cleaning was always pretty good, however when the normal ladies didn't show and another team did, they did a horrible job. I texted the company back and forth all day even providing pictures of the poor work. Per their policy you must inform them within 24 hours of poor work...well I did that and got dropped. I always paid on time, never stood over their shoulder making them uncomfortable, but would wait till they were done to check behind them. They don't stand behind their own policy and will not take responsibility for their employees actions. You will never speak to a manager or supervisor just a ghost on the other end of a text message. You also will not be able to fully communicate with them because they only speak Spanish, which was even more disappointing because my regular girls had finally gotten the routine down along with my likes down packed, I asked when would I have to pay, and I was told not to worry about it, but paid anyway...Don't trust this company, because even when they use harsh chemicals and destroy your cook top, or other kitchen finishes they don't own up to it, they give (you) a suggestion on how to fix it...you the customer must fix it......no refunds no discount, nothing

First time using this service. They are great!!! They are professional and friendly. Great price too. I'm so happy with their service. I'm going to have them come out biweekly now.
