Lisa is trustworthy, thorough, professional, dependable. She does great work and my house is sparkling by the time she leaves. She has great attention to detail. The home she cleans is a second home for us (we are full time IL residents) and we entrust her with a key since we commonly aren't there to give her access. She great at communicating and setting up the cleanings on a schedule I prefer. We also love her flexibility. We have regular cleanings set up, but summer can get busy and we entertain a lot, so she has always been amenable to getting us scheduled for extra cleanings on an as needed basis. Above all, her quality work will speak for itself.
