Our office, located in Columbia, Maryland, is the most established nanny referral service in the area. As members of the International Nanny Association since 1990, we have been providing quality in-home childcare referrals for 25 years.

We service Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, parts of Montgomery, Prince Georges and Queen Anne's counties. Also serving Baltimore City.
All of our nannies are required: To be 18 years or older, have their own car and current/valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the U.S., be able to provide us with at least three child care references from non-relatives.
The most distinguishing factor about our referral service is the way we deal with each individual. We conduct personal needs assessments with each family and nanny to determine the best solution. Each nanny that we refer is personally interviewed, evaluated, reference checked, and offered CPR and First Aid training through various sources in the community.

At A CHOICE NANNY, a thorough background investigation is performed at the time of hire by a licensed professional independent investigation firm. You can feel comfortable knowing your nanny has gone through some of the best checks in the nanny industry!
