This is not a good company. Unethical, driven by making money. They do not care about their employees, and they only care about making money from the clients, which they don't pass down to the employees.
Also, if you look at the dates of the "Excellent" reviews, they were all posted by staff within the office. Mika A is the Asst Administrator!

I had to use A.C.T. when my widowed mom was in the hospital and I couldn't be there because I had to work. I have since used them on occasion when needed. They really do a good job, and the office staff is very helpful.

My husband has dementia and can't be left alone so I have A.C.T. help when I have to leave the house. Theya re a lifesaver!

ACT took great care of my mother! I needed help taking care of her after surgery, and the aides ACT sent were helpful, polite, kind and they anticipated my mother's needs. It took a load off knowing she was taken care of when I couldn't be there.
