The absolute worst. The only reason that I'm still with them is because I love my caregivers, one of whom I found on my own. Please do not even start any type of care giving relations with them

I have been introduced to this Company and I must say they are the greatest. Being admitted to hospital and Rehab, they stay in touch with me . Upon my release , they came and picked me up as my family couldn't do it . They are truly like family to me . Thank you A&C . You are the greatest

I was referred to this company by a Medicaid division of Georgia. It was the worst decision that I've ever made. One of their workers drove through my garage door and they will not pay for it, they do not have liability insurance and expect the employee to pay for the garage door replacement even though she was on company time servicing one of their clients.

The accident happened 10 days ago and it's still not replaced. Margret told me to meet her at one of the local hardware stores and spend my time waiting for her which she is the office manager. I asked her to call me before she left so she would know if I was available but she didn't and came to the big box store and told me that she had waited two hours and that she had other things to do than wait on me to get there to replace my garage door even though I told her the exact time that I would be there and where I would be. I had an day job working out of town on October 5th, 2019. My mother has nine hours a day seven days a week care and I stupidly assumed that someone would come without me having to Search for information on whether they would send the employee to care for my bedridden mother who cannot walk and can barely feed herself. I left at 8 AM on Saturday morning and returned home on 1 AM Sunday morning and no one had came to give her food, drink or encouragement to let her know that she is loved and cared for. I tried calling them on the phone 3 to 5 times each and neither one would pick up the phone call.
