At A Blessed Choice of Care Home Care, we help our consumers who meets the qualifications of Missouri Medicaid funded program Consumer directed services. The Consumer will be able to choose their loved one to take care of them, be the employer and have the freedom to hire and fire their own personal care attendant, and being able to direct their own care.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proof of Medicaid eligibility
Able to direct his/her own self care
Capable of living independently with CDS
Have a physical disability preventing you from completing task on your own
Meet the level of care requirement set by the Division of Health and Senior Services (DHSS)
