We are a Mother-Daughter owned Home Care Agency that has been in business since 1998! This is our passion and we are well aware that for many families, getting home care for a loved one is one of the most difficult decisions they will ever have to make. Our philosophy is one of dedicated commitment to helping Los Angeles families and the community you choose the very best in-home care, focusing on the right match of client and caregiver. All the caregivers we refer carry their own Professional Liability Insurance AND Occupational Accident Insurance (similar to a workers compensation policy) Why use a referral agency? 1) We are cost effective. Referral Caregivers often times cost less than employed caregivers. 2) Control. You have complete control over what duties you need your caregiver to perform, what hours and how much you pay. You have the flexibility of making these decisions rather than an employment agency making them for you. 3) The caregivers are oftentimes covered under your homeowner's insurance.
