In 2012 alone, we assisted more than 200 agencies with their Home Health Care Start ups. We are proud to employ a team of 19 full-time employees, all with a specific field of expertise. We have 4 Masters Prepared Registered Nurses on staff to answer any clinical or administrative question you have throughout the entire process of licensure, accreditation and beyond. Among these Registered Nurses is our CEO, Rosina McFadden. Not only is Rosina a former Senior CHAP Site Surveyor of 15 years, Rosina pioneered New York's Long Term Home Health Care Program which has become the model for Home Care as we know it today.

If you are looking to open a home care agency, i recommend you look no further. They are great organization with so many wonderful people available to assist you every step of the way. The five day training program that I attended last month was far greater than I expected. We are so grateful to John, Rhonda, Carol and everyone for all there help..

I am familiar with one of their Home Health consultants who does mock audits prior to state and accreditation reviews. The consultant is thorough and yet concise in her work, and leaves the agencies well prepared with a clear understanding of any steps they need to take in final preparation for accreditation review. They typically call her back afterwards and thank her profusely. Its very cool to hear this, as the lady is quite humble and hard working.
I am also familiar with their Hospice Boot Camp, and it is both inspiring and touching to learn how one can be of service to the elderly or the ill and dying, and their families, to give them better preparation for the end of life and loss of a loved one.

We attended the 21st Century Health Care Consultant boot camp class in 2013. They are a very professional organization. Without their class and support we would have been lost. They are there for you even after your business opens. I attended another boot camp June 2017 and the class was just as relevant with new additions. My wife will attend the 2018 class. I advise anyone who wants to get into the Home Care field to use these guys.

21st century health care consultants has done more for me than can be described with words alone. They are the reason why my home health care agency is successful. They are always there for me. Whenever I call they are there to provide me with the assistance I need. I know that without them I could have never attained Medicare accreditation with no deficiencies with out all of their help. I highly recommend their services. I called many of their references before I made my final decision. They all told me you would not be disappointed. Now i'm telling you the same.
